Botswana is a landlocked country located in Southern Africa. The Kalahari Desert comprises approximately 70 percent of Botswana's territory, which has a flat topography. Zimbabwe is bordered to the south and southeast by South Africa, to the west and north by Namibia, and to the northeast by Namibia. It is connected to Zambia by the Kazungula Bridge, the shortest border between two countries in the globe.
